CISTEC is a Chartered Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy practice, incorporated in 2010 and currently based in Milton Keynes, UK. The formation of the practice was as a result of the decision by its principals to offer a complete & full range of technical services within Civil & Structural engineering sectors to predominantly residential & commercial developments.

Our Experience
Our engineers and technicians have a vast experience of working knowledge of wide range of national and international standards and codes of practice, related to building design and construction. Our experiences are based on hand-on approach with active involvement in all phases of any type of construction projects, with complete civil & structural engineering design works.
Our experience with traditional projects is always helping us to establish a good and effective working relationship with other members of the design and construction teams, which will help to fast-track the projects in a proactive environment to avoid any perceived problems and ultimately achieve the team’s objectives.
Our extensive knowledge of structural engineering enables us to design virtually any structure, from small retaining walls right through to multi-storey steel frame and reinforced concrete buildings. Our civil & structural engineering experiences are gained over many years of working as a consultant to private individuals and corporate clients, by supplying a wide range of engineering services to all types of developments, ranging from a single dwelling to multi-phased large scale housing or commercial developments for some of the largest speculative house-builders and developers in the UK and Oman. Over the years, we have also gained significant experience in planning and building control matters, by working closely with other consultants, architects, planning architects, landscaping architects, developers, quantity surveyors, project coordinators and managers, contractors, local authorities and housing association, etc.
Continuous Professional Development
To ensure that our experienced engineers and technicians can effectively use the latest design, drawing and communication tools, such as Revit, Civil 3D and BIM (Building Information Model) and to enhance our designs and coordination with architects and other members of the design and construction teams, we greatly emphasis on continuous professional development, education and training of all our technical and administration staff.
